Rodel was admitted to practice in December 2019 in the ACT following an extensive qualification course at the University of Sydney Legal Profession Admission Board. Before migrating here in Australia, he previously worked as a criminal, labour, and business lawyer in a private law firm in the Philippines before joining the judiciary as one of its mediators and supervisors for almost 8 years.
Prior to his admission, he worked as a Graduate lawyer in a family law and wills and estate planning law firm before becoming a Managing Lawyer for an established property law firm in a span of 3 years.
